Burner Construction LLC completed the full concrete scope for The Meadows Apartments, a large-scale multifamily project delivered in partnership with N.E Construction. Our team performed all foundation work across thirteen apartment buildings, including footings, foundation walls, structural beams, and slabs—building out the core structural systems for each building from the ground up. This phase required tight layout control, consistent forming, and coordination to keep multiple buildings progressing at the same time. In addition to the structural foundations, we completed the full civil concrete package, including retaining walls, stairs, ramps, sidewalks, garages, planter beds, drainage swales, and patios. This was a large, long-term project with our crew on site for nearly three years, requiring steady manpower, scheduling, and attention to detail from start to finish.
